The best way to contact us is typically through Email, and you can expect a response within 48 hours. If you’re contacting us between the months of June through August, please be aware that we might be away on extended adventures, and may not always be able to get an exact response to your question right away. We have office staff who will respond daily to Emails, but most of our guides are out in the field during the summer, and they might be needed to answer your specific question. You can usually expect a response to your technical question within two weeks during the summer.
